Pacific Ridge School is celebrating its 10th anniversary with 10 weeks of themed festivities. Themes include ethical responsibility, arts, academic excellence, athletics, community, science and technology, and global engagement, among others. Different activities will take place throughout the school relating to the theme of that week, such as games, presentations, and an art show. In early spring, the school community gathered on the athletic field to create a commemorative photograph representing the school’s mascot, the Firebird. “We have much to be thankful for at Pacific Ridge School,” said Head of School Dr. Bob Ogle. “Celebrating our journey is an acknowledgement of who we are as a school, how far we have come since our earliest days, and all the possibilities that lie ahead.”
